Select the lesson length and payment plan that you are interested in. If you decide to pay in full, you will receive a $5 discount per lesson from the monthly rate. If you decide to pay monthly, the first month’s payment is due in order to reserve your spot.
All students will receive 11 lessons between January 1 - March 31. (13 weeks total). 2 bye-weeks will serve as “buffer” to account for illness/conflicts.
If you would like to book more than 90min of consecutive lessons, please email catherine@catherinemooremusic.com and I will be in touch about enrolling you.
Sibling Discount: If you have multiple children enrolling in back-to-back lessons, please select the total time that you would like to receive the discounted rate. (Ex: one child takes 30min lesson, one child takes 45 minute lesson, please select the 75 min lesson option).
Travel Fee: If you would like in-home lessons, please indicate so in the following registration form. A separate travel fee based on your distance from my studio will be separately invoiced and sent to you after enrolling.
